Julia and Chansler’s Loft Lucia Chicago wedding was - in a word - incredible.

It’s no secret that Lincoln Park’s South Pond is one of the most beautiful places in the city to go for a picnic, a summertime stroll or ya know, your engagement session!

After a gorgeous first look along Chicago’s Riverwalk, Libby and Adam exchanged their vows at the stunning Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Chicago surrounded by those they love the most and celebrated with music, champagne and delicious food immediately after, all enjoyed al fresco.

So the Iron Horse Hotel, for those who do not know, is an AMAZING place to have a wedding. An old factory/warehouse has been transformed into a stylish, modern hotel full of charm and beautifully preserved original detail.

Jenny and Jeff are two of the coolest, sweetest, chillest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. After Covid forced them to push back their wedding day by a few months, they kept positive and pulled of one heck of an amazing party, while making sure everyone they loved stayed safe!

In lieu of the traditional engagement session, the beautiful Claudia asked me about doing a post-wedding day session and I was ALL about it. After capturing their stunning wedding day at the Exmoor Country Club earlier this summer, I was lucky enough to rendezvous with these two downtown to have a chilled out, super fun portrait session in some of Chicago’s most beautiful spots.

Who knew that only a few short hours drive from Chicago such an absolutely stunning place exists!

Christine and Zach had the most heartfelt, sweet and romantic elopement this year at Galena’s incredible Eagle Ridge Resort and you guys. THE COLORS.

Kristin and Spencer are two of my 2020 Warrior Couples. Despite the lunacy that was hurled at them during their wedding planning, these guys dug in their heals and were determined to marry each other this year, no matter what that celebration looked like.

Wedding days are all about the joining of two lives and I can’t think of a day that more beautifully blended the identities of two individuals more than Javid and Carrie’s amazing wedding.

These guys - like SO many others - found their wedding day plans in the crosshairs of the dreaded ‘ronavirus and had to change venues literally a week before the big day! But I tell you what - I would’ve had absolutely NO idea had they not been keeping me updated!

Elizabeth and David’s STUNNING wedding-at-home this past summer was straight of that classic. Set in the parents of the bride’s beautifully landscaped back yard in the Chicago suburbs, this tented affair was elegant, sweet and full of so much joy.
